What is the minimum order quantity? Our minimum order quantity is 25 linear yards. |
Do you have standard roll sizes? Typically our wider goods are 50 yards, but as long as the minimum is met we can accommodate any yardage amount within 10% over/under. |
My printer isn’t wide enough for some of your Grand Format fabrics, do you have slitting capabilities? Yes, we are able to slit to any width with an accuracy of +/- 0.25”. If you specify, we can also sonic slit the edges of the roll so they don’t get stuck in your printer. |
When is the cut off time to place an order and have it ship same day? We can’t always guarantee same day shipping but the usual cut off time for same day shipping is 12:00 EST. |
I’m worried about my printer’s ink bleeding through the fabric onto my printer, are you able to paperback your fabrics? Yes, for a small surcharge we are able to paperback up to 60” using 73# paper. |
Where are you located? We are located in Indian Trail, North Carolina, about 15 minutes south of Charlotte. |

Do you have a book of all of your materials you can send me? Yes, we have sample books available for all of our fabric lines. The books are 8” x 7”. Call us or send an email to: info@fishertextiles.com to place your request and be sure to indicate the type of printing you do. |
Do you charge for sample rolls or sample material? There is no charge for sample books or sample rolls of material. Turnaround time for sample rolls is 2-3 business days. If something is needed faster than ground shipping we ask that the customer pay for this charge. |
Can you send me an FR Certificate on a particular style? Yes, but sometimes, No. Since FR Certificates are based on lot number, we are happy to send copies of the certificates to customers who have purchased the style from us. If you have purchased the fabric from another source, or have never purchased the fabric we are not able to provide an FR Certificate because we have no way of knowing what lot number your roll originated from. |
Are your Dye Sublimation fabrics PFP (Prepared for print)? All of our Dye Sublimation fabrics are prepared for print, heat set at extremely high temperatures and dwell time. Optical brighteners are also added to give our fabrics the highest definition of white. |
My printer uses Eco-Solvent inks, will your fabrics work for my printer? Yes, our Solvent fabric line is compatible with true solvent, mild solvent and eco solvent systems. We can send you sample rolls to see for yourself. |
Can you send me pricing or spec sheet information? Yes, please send an email to info@fishertextiles.com requesting this information. We do not list either of these on our website. |
Can you help me with profiles and printer settings? Yes, please call our office at 704-821-8870 and ask for Bob Fisher. |
I am not a printer but am looking for one to print a project for me. Can you recommend someone in my area? Yes, we’d be happy to recommend a customer that meets your specifications and is close to your area. |
Can you identify a product or suggest a similar style for me? Certainly! Please contact one of our sales representatives to find the best suited fabric for your requirements. If you are looking to match a fabric please mail us a small swatch of the material so we can suggest the closest match. |
Can I open an account with you to establish terms? Please call or email our office for a credit application. Account set up usually takes a couple days turn around time so add that into consideration if you are wanting to place an order on the account. |
