ET 9118 White-Out – Dye Sublimation Printable
ET 9118 White-Out is the recycled version of GF 7108 and is a two-in-one solution for printable fabric with a built-in liner. Developed to protect printing equipment and significantly decrease smoke exhaustion, this opaque fabric has a white specialty coating on the back to prevent see-through. It is an excellent alternative to black-back. It is made from 44% post-consumer recycled polyester and has a better white point than traditional textiles made from post-consumer waste. Using recycled polyester keeps plastic PET bottles out of landfills, reduces energy consumption and conserves petroleum resources used to produce virgin polyester. ET 9410 Soft Knit – Dye Sublimation Printable
ET 9410 Soft Knit is made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester and has a better white point than traditional textiles made from post-consumer waste. It contains 32.9 recycled 500ml water bottles per linear yard. This fabric is extremely wrinkle resistant and soft. It is the best economical graphic for retailers on tight budgets, with frequent change outs and a strong sustainability culture. Using recycled polyester keeps plastic PET bottles out of landfills, reduces energy consumption and conserves petroleum resources used to produce virgin polyester. ET 9848 EZ Stretch® Premium is the recycled version of GF9048 and is made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester and has a better white point than traditional textiles made from post-consumer waste. It contains 49 recycled 500ml water bottles per linear yard. The fabric’s unique knitting structure allows for stretch without Spandex. It is totally wrinkle free and has stretch in both directions. ETP 4310 Uni (DISCONTINUED) – Dye Sublimation Printable
ETP 4310 Uni is comprised of 100% REPREVE Recycled Polyester and contains 20.5 recycled 500ml water bottles per linear yard. It is a high end 3-dimensional fabric for athletic uniforms because it has been treated with a moisture management chemical which allows perspiration to move away from the body, dries quickly, controls odor and promotes comfort. REPREVE certification number is RPV-4457. It was tested for Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) under AATCC 183, and gives very good UV protection, blocking 97%+ of UVA and UVB rays. The UPF value allowed on garment labels is 35. Hangtags from Unifi, the manufacturer of REPREVE, are available upon request. FT Green Groove 109 PVC Free Recyclable – Keder
FT Green Groove 109 PVC Free is a specially formulated, PVC-free keder for Silicone Edge Graphic fabric applications. It is manufactured to match typical silicone properties in elasticity and hardness. It is offered with a lubricated finish for automated sewing equipment. It also has relatively high heat resistance and a low coefficient of friction for high speed sewing applications without additional cooling. It is supplied on a corrugated spool, 167 yards/roll. The material used to produce FT Green Groove keder is formulated to be environmentally friendly and as such is fully recyclable and PVC-free. Custom sizes are available upon request.

FT Groove 4477 Silicone is a 100% Silicone keder for Silicone Edge Graphic fabric applications. It is stitched onto the edge of printed fabrics and ensures the textile can be clamped into the aluminum profile and stretch into the frame. FT Groove 4545 PVC Clear is a 100% PVC keder for Silicone Edge Graphic fabric applications that offers an economical price point. FT Groove is stitched onto the edge of printed fabrics and ensures the textile can be clamped into the aluminum profile and stretch into the frame. It is supplied on plastic spool and available in sizes: 12 X 3mm and 14 X 3mm. Rolls are 220 yards.

GF 1010 Element® – Dye Sublimation Printable
GF 1010 Element® is 100% Polyester and is bright white and very sturdy. It an excellent outdoor banner fabric, has a DWR treatment, and is a less expensive alternative to Sunbrella. It has been tested for several water proof tests including Impact Penetration, AATCC 42-2007: 2.81 grams of weight gain; Water Repellency, AATCC 70-2010: 29.19% water absorbed; Water Repellency, AATCC 22-2010 (Spray): 100 – No sticking or wetting.
