DD5361 Tent, winner of Media – Textile – Banner, is a durable 100% polyester woven outdoor fabric with a single-sided acrylic coating for water resistance, dimensional stability, and a fabric like appearance. Compatible with dye sublimation transfer/direct, latex, and UV printing, it is ideal for banners, street pole signage, and canopy tents.

GF7110 X-Out, winner of Media – Textile – Drapery, is a 7.5 oz, 125-inch-wide polyester blockout fabric for stage drapery, event spaces, and commercial interiors. Its PFAS-free coating supports more responsible production, while its width helps reduce seams in large-scale installations.

DD4421 Nirvana Purity®, winner of Media – Textile – Framing Systems (Frontlit), is a 5-meterwide white-back textile for frontlit SEG graphics. It eliminates the need for a liner, delivers strong print quality for dye sublimation and UV, enhances double-sided displays, and supports oversized graphics with fewer seams.

GF1808 Perfect Knit, winner of Media – Textile – Tablecloths & Linens, is a 6.8 oz premium polyester dye-sub fabric with crisp print detail, soft drape, wrinkle resistance, moderate opacity, and a bright white point. Designed to meet the needs of wide-format production, DD4421 Nirvana Purity® delivers the same proven performance as Fisher’s existing 3-meter-wide versions, DD4420 and GF4020. Both feature a pigment-coated white-back that provides complete opacity. This integrated construction eliminates the need for a liner, helping streamline production while reducing material usage and labor.

The 197-inch width enables seamless graphics for oversized displays, making it an ideal solution for retail environments, trade show exhibits, and hanging banners. It also performs exceptionally well in SEG systems, including double-sided lightbox applications, where the coated backing enhances light reflection and improves overall graphic brightness.

Also launching at PRINTING United Expo, DD1001 Impression Backlit, winner of Media—Textile—Framing Systems (Backlit), is an advanced printable polyester fabric designed for backlit framing systems. Though it appears muted initially, it delivers stunning vibrancy when backlit—thanks to low ink absorption and excellent color depth. Designed for high-speed, cost-sensitive environments, it uses significantly less ink without compromising quality. Soft, stretchy, and smooth with minimal fuzz, it also resists ink rub-off for cleaner production. At 5.9 oz/yd² and 126-inches wide, it is compatible with dye sub (transfer and direct) and UV-curable printing—offering a premium alternative to traditional knit backlit fabrics.

Fisher Textiles to Debut Innovative New Fabrics at ISA International Sign Expo

Matthews, NC (April 21, 2025) – Fisher Textiles, a leading supplier of fabrics for digital printing, will introduce several new fabric solutions and will feature live SEG sewing demos using the Matic Cronos 4.0 at the ISA International Sign Expo, taking place April 23–25 in Las Vegas.

DD7788 Perfect Knit is designed for both transfer and direct print. It is ideal for a wide range of soft signage applications, including SEG, banners, table throws, and more. This 6.8 oz/yd² flame-retardant fabric is stocked at 126″ wide. Sewing demonstrations will be performed using this product throughout the show.

DD5361 Tent is a durable, waterproof outdoor fabric developed for canopy tents and golf umbrellas. Suitable for transfer and direct print, it is stocked 126″ wide and weighs 8 oz/yd².

GF8875 Dimmer is s a three-layer, 100% polyester fabric with a layer of black fabric in the middle, making it almost completely opaque and allowing for double sided transfer printing. Stocked 125” wide, it weighs 6.9 oz/yd² and is flame retardant.

ET9608 Power Stretch is the recycled version of GF4608 Power Stretch. This stretch fabric is made from 90% post-consumer recycled polyester and 10% spandex. A top choice for tension displays, it incorporates approximately 40 recycled 500ml water bottles per linear yard and offers a brighter white point than traditional recycled textiles. Stocked 126” wide, it weighs 7.3 oz/yd² and is flame retardant.

SEG finishing on DD7788 Perfect Knit using the Matic Cronos 4.0 makes SEG production quick and easy. See it live in booth 3755.

ET9848 EZ Stretch Premium is the recycled version of GF9048 EZ Stretch. This fabric is made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester and contains about 49 recycled 500ml bottles per linear yard. Its innovative knit structure offers multidirectional stretch without spandex, exceptional wrinkle resistance, and excellent color definition with moderate opacity. It is a great choice for photographic back drops. Stocked 126” wide, it weighs 7.4 oz/yd² and is flame retardant.

ET9860 Silver Back is the recycled version of GF8860 Silver Back, composed of 60% post-consumer recycled polyester. This fabric includes a gray backing that serves as a built-in liner—streamlining production and reducing material and labor costs. It uses approximately 51 recycled 500ml bottles per linear yard and is a preferred solution for pillowcase displays with tube frames. Stocked 126” wide, it weighs 10.1 oz/yd² and is flame retardant.

ET9118 White-Out is the recycled version of GF7108 White-Out. This two-in-one printable fabric features a specialty white back coating that prevents see-through—offering an eco-friendly alternative to traditional black-back solutions. Made from 44% post-consumer recycled polyester, it helps protect print equipment and reduces smoke exhaustion. Stocked 125” wide, it weighs 10.1 oz/yd², it is flame retardant.
