Our Dye Sublimation fabrics are print-ready and heat-set at high temperatures with extended dwell times to ensure optimal performance. We offer a wide selection of award-winning polyester knits and wovens, available in widths up to 197 inches. We also provide a range of value-added services, including custom sonic slitting and put-up, paper backing, and die cutting. Please note: the minimum order quantity for paper backing is 100 yards, and it is not compatible with all fabric styles. Most of our fabrics are flame-retardant and meet NFPA 701 standards. Select styles are also certified under California Title 19, ASTM E-84, DIN 4102, and registered in the State of California. FR certificates are provided with every order. 1100 Jersey Micro Stretch is 90% Polyester, 10% Spandex. It contains wicking and is excellent for athletic jerseys, face masks, gaiters, sports shirts and women’s wear. It was tested for Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) under AATCC 183, and gives very good UV protection, blocking 96% of UVA and UVB rays. The UPF value allowed on garment labels is 30.
